Registration & Attendance
Yes, registration is required before attending the convention.
Registration is per room, not per person. One registration covers your entire room group.
Yes, you can edit your registration. Log into your account and update your details as needed.
Contact the Convention Team regarding cancellation policies and refund eligibility.
Travel & Visas
All international visitors require an ETA unless you're a UK resident or hold a valid UK visa. Verify requirements before booking travel.
Bring a UK plug adaptor (240V). Visitors from North America should verify equipment compatibility or bring a voltage transformer.
Take the Air-Rail Link from Birmingham Airport to NEC, then walk to the convention hotels. Maps and directions are available on our Travel page.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for international visitors to cover medical emergencies and trip cancellations.
Hotels & Accommodation
No, convention-managed bookings are closed. Book your hotel independently and notify the Convention Team after booking.
Three hotels are available: Hilton (main hotel), Moxy (modern design), and Crowne Plaza (delegate parking). See Hotels page for details.
Hilton: Free (QICRR code), Crowne Plaza: £10/day, Moxy: No parking available. Arrive early for Hilton parking.
Hilton and Moxy have no refrigerators. Check Crowne Plaza official information for their room facilities.
3:00 PM is standard check-in. Early arrivals should book the previous night.
Meals & Dining
Yes, lunch (1-2 PM) and dinner (8:30-10 PM) are included from August 6-10 with your convention registration.
Indicate your dietary needs during registration (vegetarian, vegan, allergies, etc.). We accommodate most dietary requirements.
No, Children's Breakfast (ages 5-16) requires separate registration and payment. Registration may close before the convention.
Yes, meals are available at all three convention hotels. You can also visit restaurants outside the hotels.
Yes, Youth Meal & Fellowship (Aug 10) requires separate registration.
Special Services
Yes! Sermons are translated to English and French from the pulpit. Smartphone translation via dedicated WiFi includes Spanish, German, Polish, Romanian, and Russian.
Yes, bring your own headphones for translation services. Headphones are NOT supplied. No mobile data needed.
Available at Hilton (Aug 5-6) for check-in assistance. Collect your welcome pack and bottle of water.

Post-Convention
The convention ends August 10. Some visitors may attend services at Godstone Tabernacle on August 17.
